So, I hate to do this, but I need to take a hiatus. My schedule is so booked I'm currently struggling to find a day to get a haircut. I also cannot access the write section of the Wattpad website.  With that and many other things in my personal life *Cue traumatic event to Wattpad writer joke* I simply do not have the time to sit down in write. I feel so guilty about this, but I do have a goal. I want to take a three month break to write a HECK TON of chapters and make a Christmas break special. Thank you for your patience I appreciate all of the support I've gotten during the span of this project. :)

I just finished the first draft of chapter 6. I'm not 100% sure on how I feel about it yet. I'm writing a character in a way I've never done previously.

Hello lovely folks, I just want to remind you that chapter 4 is out for you to read! For current readers I want to thank all of you for your support, it is not lost on me.

Writing chapter 4 took so fricking long. So long in fact that I can't decide whether it's even good or not. I've been staring at it so long I've started doubting my work. It's one of the longest chapters I've ever written too so I'm very apprehensive about publishing it. With that being said, Moonstone Chapter 4 comes out August 11th, 2023 at 12pm EST. I hope you all enjoy :)

I have decided it's good. You should read it on August 11th, 2023. Reading back, I'm really happy with how it came out. I think the world building I did within the chapter was decent for my current skill level with writing. I really had to go out of my comfort zone for this one lol. 
            
            Also, I want to mention that the reason I talk about my feelings on my own work is because I want to show the experience of being a writer. I don't magically make work that's good. I don't even always believe my work is good. I want to show writers and nonwriters alike that doubting your work is normal. thank you for listening to my rant. :)

Chapter two of the Moonstone rewrite is out. I'm already getting started on chapter three but I cannot make any promises for when that chapter will be out. If ahead of schedule, I'll try to update once a week or every two weeks. But again, no promises. :)

Due to rewriting causing major plot holes in the story I will unpublish all non-rewritten chapters. Sorry to those who are new readers. But it's for the best readability and overall enjoyment of the work. 
          
          One another note chapter two is coming along nicely and I'm very excited to share it all with you. Once again thank you for all of the support I've gotten from this novella. If it wasn't for the supportive comments and many many reads I had I would have never rediscovered my love for writing. :)
