I would have to say that I have several influences in my life that get woven into my work, whether it's creative writing, painting, or illustrating. I love watching people and studying exotic cultures. I am known around my house as a "mound of useless knowledge". I suppose I regurgitate much of the books I read on boundless topics, but so what. I think it just makes me a savvy conversationalist.
I love love love books, especially those written by Dolores Cannon, David Pink, and various science non-fiction authors that I will not bore you by listing them all obnoxiously. I don't like labels so I do not classify myself as anything or anyone type of anything in particular. Open-mindedness is my motto and I go with the flow of things.
There is virtually nothing I won't write or talk about, and nothing is taboo. I tend to be pensive and more interested in the darker side of things; that stuff is way more fascinating then the facades that surround us. However, with that said, I do see the beauty in everything, even the shitty stuff when you think about it. It's an art form really. I love it when the door of creativity swings open, and I would love to someday be part of a collective collaboration with other artists and writers. A group of minds can be a wasted thing.
