remember the people that make you feel happy and the things you are excited for. everything that is making you sad will one day not matter anymore. there is a good side to every situation, whether it’s a lesson, a story to tell or something to grow and heal from. I know things feel overwhelming, but there is nothing that you can’t handle. it sounds cliché but you are much smarter than what anxious thoughts portray you to be. for every self-deprecating or anxious thought that makes u sad, there is a lovely, hopeful thought that will help you make it through. negative thoughts seem more real because they match your feelings of inadequacy toward yourself. but they are all fake! you are loved, worthy, enough and capable of anything, you always have been. it sounds fake because you don’t see how lovely u are, but it’s true. have faith that you will pick yourself up again, and that things will turn out well for you in the end. you are going to be just fine. good things are around the corner, you just can’t see them yet! :) #repost @/floweralis
