@primpetal u don't have to thank me for stating facts actually u r such a good writer and it really made me think that his love was actually true that he was just wanting her love not body , and it came out so smoothly when he said " don't u dare call my love 'lust' cuz that will be the disrespect "

            Honestly, I never wanted to include a rape scene because, in my heart, Xavier's love—even though it was dark and obsessive—was still real. It wasn’t about control or lust; it was about how deeply he felt for her. I didn’t want that love to be reduced to something purely physical or violent.
            I wanted readers to feel that his love, no matter how intense or twisted, was still rooted in emotion—not in satisfying a physical need.

@primpetal yeahh umm I forgot to say but there's one thing that I loved about this book is that u didn't put up any rape scene in that and it really gave a no lust Vibe in Xavier's love , and I really love stories where there's no rape scene
