@DeathWolf06 to answer the first question, I am currently into my second week of starting Uni with a lot going on so I am afraid that I have made little progress on the next chapter as I am still trying to find my feet.
          
          As for the 2nd, yes I am aware of Warhammer and some of the general principles of the lore but my knowledge is very bare; enough so that I don't feel comfortable including massive parts of it into the story. This is because I as a massive Star Wars and military fan always grind my teeth whenever people get basic facts wrong eg rank structure. (Having a 16 year old going from new recruit to  general in a couple months really frustrates me.) I know you have suspense of disbelief but in my eyes if you're going to include parts of other lore or real life at least get the damn thing right for the pleasure of those who know the details. Its for that reason that I won't include massive chunks of lore's I am not completely fluent in, but that doesn't mean I won't include space marines or something else in later down the line.
