so today I was having too much energy in my body to stay in but my friends were still at school (cuz they do theatre and I do a chemistry course but they're in different days of the week) so today I was at hoome and I dint know what to do cuz everything felt too much and I didnt really had the motivation to do homework or clean anything cuz the sun already went down and without sun I cant be motivated to do anything.
So I went out. Actually it was raining but I didnt care. I stayed a bit outside, breathing, cuz everything felt too much and I needed to spend my energy in something or tonight I wouldn't have slept.
So I went back home and I dressed up in my running fit. I did 4 kilometers and I was actually surprised of how much energy I had inside of me that I had to get rid of. I know it's not a big deal, but for me it's a great thing that I went out alone while it was raining and dark, even if I'm used to do it since I do athletics since years many times per week but.. I'm proud of myself from doing it.
I'm proud of myself for enjoying my free time even if I'm not with friends (thing that is really hard for me normally)
