Why the fuck am i so cringy

Finally finished my Saints Row story and im currently on the sixth chapter of the second book

So
          Im writing a new story. Its short, crap, and Saints row but thats not the problem rn
          Its the fact that I'll finish a chapter, write the number for the next chapter, then go back later to write it and get unmotivated because i see nothing written. Does that happen to anyone else?
