Have you guys ever had a mental breakdown in school where you cried the entire recess because you don’t know who you are anymore and after recess your eyes were still red so a classmate realized you were crying and then they told the teacher and you got to skip an entire math class which would’ve been good but your were having a mental breakdown and then the teacher talked with you and offered you free therapy with the school-therapist and now after school you guys are gonna find a time where you’ll get therapy and help but you’re scared bc that therapist is also the one who has good contact with your entire family and even watched you grow up but you’re gonna vent to her about how you’ve felt suicidal since second grade and stuff but you don’t know how?
