Gamma Waves is the pen name for Rebecca Cox-Wilson and Olimpia Rosenblum. Olimpiais a multilinguist, writer, media and languages teacher, film critic and producer. She studied film production in San Francisco before moving to Paris where she continued to write short film, while working as a marketing consultant in haute couture. Olimpia returned to Australia and took up postgraduate studies in Languages and Media Arts, worked as the Coordinator of Education and Public Programs in a Melbourne major regional art gallery and now is the Learning Team Leader of the Languages Department at Padua College.  She is a film critic and judge for the annual SAE ATOM awards and continues to write and produce short films.  Rebecca is a teacher, writer, voice-over artist, tennis and relax-kids coach. She has taught in the United States, in Australia and is currently based in the United Kingdom where she teaches and writes children's stories.  Rebecca recently commenced an online platform for writers and filmmakers called #writersunited to showcase and share creative ideas.  She collaborated on a picture book called "The Collectables", a series of picture books for children based on bold and unusual characters who collect strange items.
Olimpia and Rebecca are the authors of the series of books called "144bpm"; which tell the story of Raylucio and the Monics, a group of seven teenagers who battle for the ultimate prize of global leadership.
