Hey y'all. I know that I said updates would return shortly a month ago but more stuff came up and now Hurricane Beryl is gonna hit Jamaica tomorrow so... I'll definitely lose power and have no internet access for quite some time. So I'm sorry but I'm gonna be gone for a while longer.

My exam results came out today and I'm not in a good mood. Whatever fic I finish next will probably reflect that so be prepared for heavy angst and maybe major character death
@DJJordanne no problem friend. But grades and people expecting you to be great and perfect will not make you happy or successful through life if your not happy within YOURSELF of who you really want to be. Do what YOU want and follow your heart on whatever dreams you want, whether you go to college or not. Becoming successful is everywhere around. That’s all i want you to hear from me. I hope I don’t bother you with my rambling words and all. But try and think about it.
@EarthySlay thanks for your words of encouragement. I know academics doesn't define me but it's hard not to put a lot of value on it when almost everyone around me does (especially since I need to start thinking about university after this school year). I'm sure I'll get over myself and move forward from this but it still hurts ot to get the grades everyone has been expecting of me and that I've been expecting of myself. I really, really appreciate your words and it isn't weird at all. Thank you so much my friend
