@DJNightStep Well Pacifist ending so what happens is Sans and Papyrus go to a pinic with the gang and while they are play baseball and they take a break Sans then goes to Papyrus and complains of chest pains, Papyrus tells him to shake it off but after Sans breathing gets worse and then he collapses and has seizure on ground. He's taken to the hospital and it's found out that he has a really medical illness, Papyrus is trying to find the money to cure it but still it's very and *inhale* I'm gonna  pause lol
