I'm 27 years old and I love writing young adult fantasy, and adventure with a little bit of action and romance mixed in.
Writing to me is therapeutic and I love being able to create stories from my imagination and delve into an entirely separate world. Writing allows me to take a step back from a hectic day and put everything back into perspective.  
 
Movie soundtracks are my go-to music while writing. My favorite include:
Harry Potter
Chronicles of Narnia
Game of Thrones
Lord of the Rings 
Two Steps from Hell 
and most forms of Chillstep

My favorite genres, hands down, are science fiction, mystery/thriller, adventure, romance, chick lit, and fantasy. Below are a few of my favorite book series.

*The Mortal Instruments series by Cassandra Clare (anything written by her in general)

*Christopher Paolini's Inheritance Cycle (love these books)

* The Wings series by Aprilynne Pike (she writes a unique perspective of fairies you don't usually see)

and last but not least...

* The Covenant series by Jennifer L. Armetrout (if you love books based on Greek mythology, this is a good series for you)
