Finally, my third manuscript is complete! This one is for the folks who are tired of all those cheesy romance novels, this one is for the action-thriller lovers. My story, PLASMUS - The Ghostly Assassin, follows two best friends turned rivals, Dean Taylor and Lucas Clarkson. They are assassins part of an elite New York organisation called Essinals, who follow a code where no business can be conducted in the organisation buildings and no one is allowed to do a "job" where selfish desires are involved. This code is disrupted when the assassins are used as pawns in a criminal mastermind's major scheme. During all this, Lucas' ex-girlfriend, Anna, sparks further tension between Lucas and Dean, resulting in a mental spiral and a battle for survival that ensues.

Agonizing
          I have just finished reading Chapter 11 of my current novel that is nearly done being revised and let me tell you, it looks like an amateur wrote it. I am here thinking, when does this improve? The same crappy writing from Chapter 1 goes on, but people have told me it improved and I thought so myself, yet I still just see garbage. I also realized I've been rushing this whole story, since it is supposed to be 20 chapters for my novel writing course, and I knew 20 chapters isn't enough for the story I had in mind. There are some things I describe that I can see in my mind vividly, but the descriptions looks vague, and I am trying to master extensive details as a style of writing. Welp, epic failure. 
          My story is suffering, because I know my plot and characters are top tier, I never change anything there and no one ever said any of that is bad, all good reviews so far, but my writing doesn't do my characters or storyline any justice. Also, if you're thinking, "What a baffoon, how does it take you so many days to read your OWN novel and only be halfway through reading?" I completely agree with your sentiment. I guess honing your skills takes a while, so either I'm getting there and thriving, or I'm totally screwed. So much fun

Today was supposed to be the day when I finished my story finally both for my online novel course and publishing it on my pages, but my health issues been whooping me harder than before. I decided I won't be trying to write another story after this one, taking a break of sorts to try and get my bearings and do some things in preparation for the making of my website, so until then if I'm not dead or had a complete breakdown, I'll see you when I see you!

Holiday Season in Stories
          As the holidays get closer and the season is here, I don't give two ****s, but since I'm a writer, my characters do. So, I often daydream about what they're doing during whichever season it is. Unfortunately, they're damaged, so the holidays are even more bleak for them as it is for me. This is why there is a hoard of side characters, a support group, who consistently show my MCs that they have a family that loves and cares for them. What are your characters doing this holiday season and who are they spending it with? Mine face their external and internal conflicts throughout, but unlike me, they have each other to remind them of the gift of the Xmas spirit - family.
