The current novel I'm posting, Homefinding, is set in Boston around the turn of the century. It's about a young girl, Bronwyn, who has immigrated with her family from Ireland to escape the potato famine. Having difficulty finding work, she makes a bargain with the fae that has unforseen consequences.
It's middle grade, intended for a younger pre-teen audience.
