            "Doubt it."  After a moment of looking through the drawer,  the cop plopped a file down right onto the desk.  "There.  Happy now?"

            "I can get you anything you want if you give me the papers." he said softly, watching his hands

            "It's not right to threaten an officer,  you know ~"  Reo then pushed his chair back so he could stand up,  putting his hands on his hips.  "What do you take me for?  I'm not some greedy,  money-hungry bastard.."  He grumbled then opened a drawer of his desk.

            "They were odd deaths.  The cause isn't really known still ~"  Reo shrugged and then tilted his head to one side,  green eyes peering at him while he smirked faintly.  "It has to do with extreme blood loss...  but not from any large wounds.  Still don't know anything?"

            "recent deaths.." he repeated, as if trying to remember if he was involved at all. Levi rubbed his jaw in thought before shaking his head. "doesn't ring any bells. What exactly happened?"

            "Business?  Sort of.."  The blond shrugged and pushed the door closed.  He moved further into the room,  arms crossing loosely.  "It's about all the recent deaths in the area ~  Know anything about that?"

            "I have my own,  ya know.."  The cop muttered but picked Levi's gun up anyways and then looked at it for a moment before aiming it at the tree.  "You sure?"

            "I can arrange that." he replied and hopped down, tossing him his gun before pointing over at the tree. "shoot."

            "No.  It's none of your business.."  Reo mumbled and then ran a hand through his platinum blond hair.  "I just wanna..  smoke...  or eat food..  or shoot something."

            *  reo was just stalling.  trying to delay the inevitable.  he didn't want to go to where he rested his head at night.  that's the real reason behind him not wanting to leave.  he didn't want to see /mabu/.  the mabu that wasn't his.  the fake.  the doll with no emotions.  he just wanted to stay far away.  the man pulled his hat down further and then sighed out,  frowning deeply to himself.  the cop stayed where he was for a moment or so longer.  trying to force himself to move.  he didn't want to.  yet,  in the end,  he took a step or two forwards and then he was by the register.  he finally lifted his head up,  scanning the lollipops.  *  Give me a cherry one.  *  he stated,  pointing now.  *

            ⠀⠀sheesh,⠀no need to put me down.⠀just wanted to point out that we're both tired,⠀and that's that.⠀⠀(⠀he uttered,⠀his eyes sleepily half-lidded.⠀how unneccessary of this guy to point out.⠀made sou wonder how rough of a day he had to seem so irritated.⠀)⠀⠀alright.⠀but try to finish up before it's time to close.⠀⠀(⠀he briefly eyed the clock hung up on the wall,⠀before bringing his gaze onto the rack of lollipops placed beside the register—⠀might as well look at something appealing to distract himself instead of falling asleep.⠀resting would earn another annoying remark from the officer /and/ a possible drop in salary.⠀)

            *  reo huffed and shut his green eyes,  pulling his hat down by the brim to hide more of his face.  *  I'm a cop.  No offense but I /think/ I'm reasonably more tired than a guy working behind a counter all day.  *  he stated,  frowning lightly at the green haired young man.  he was almost pouting.  *  I'm going to take my time.
