SO, I've taken The Canary Project down temporarily to do some rewrites. This will improve story flow, and I'm using updated models.

Hi everyone.Just a heads up. I have a few chapters I'm working on that are already rendered. I'll be using some new models for my established characters (basically re-casting) I'll put up an updated profiles so it's not confusing.) I'm hoping I won't have to do this but my current models are outdated and I'm having trouble updating them.  Thanks!

Hey all. It's finally up. Chapter Seven of the Canary Project...the first chapter in Volume Two. So...I don't know if I've explained why these can sometimes take so long. Volume One, I'd already rendered a bunch of scenes and so I was able to get those out quicker. I'm in the process of rendering a bunch of scenes for volume two. I have to gather props, models, clothes, lights, put them together in a 3D environment then render each scene from different angles and cameras. After that I do some post work on each image in PS. Sometimes that is just color correction to add more depth, other times that is correcting some things that didn't rend properly. Finally I take all those images and bring them in to a program that helps me quickly construct comic panels, then add in all my word bubbles. So...I just wanted everyone to know why it takes so long. But I am really grateful for all the feedback and for everyone who has been reading and waiting patiently for me to get these done! I hope you enjoy where the story's going.

          I know it's been a minute. I am still working on The Canary Project. It takes a lot of time to put my scenes together and to render them before I even take them into my comic program. Hey, sorry this took a bit longer than I thought. Chapter 6 is split into two parts though. I'm working on sets and characters for the next few chapters so it might be a while before 7 is up. I hope you all enjoy!

Chapter 4 is up. Some announcements about chapter 4. 1st...I "recast" Sam. The original Sam's skin map was not showing up very well in renders so I used a new skin on the model. 2nd...Most of this chapter is written in an alien language because it's from Sam's point of view and she doesn't understand them. Enjoy! And as always I'd love to hear your thoughts!
