Very excited to say that ‘An Unexpected Purchase’ came in third place in the May the 4th SciFi contest. I can’t say how appreciative I am to have scored. First time for everything, right?

I haven't been able to complete the next chapter of Dead Planet (Ch. 3) due to work and family obligations (preparing to move once again doesn't help...). For that, I apologise to anyone who might read the story and actually wonder if it'll ever be completed? One day, in the scope of things, it will be. 
          
          Right now, it just can't be afforded the attention it rightfully deserves.

Beautiful weather lately. Could cool down a bit. I was just getting used to the cold, too.

Just posted my very first story after much internal debate. I've always been hesitant to post any of my work in a larger sense. I've mostly limited myself to odd, seemingly sporadic contributions to such things as WritingPrompts. I guess it's time for something new?
          
          So here goes nothing.
