Woo, it's been a while, hasn't it?

Recently, I've slowly been getting back into writing. Doing small little bits at a time helps, but also giving myself reasonable gaps between chapters.
For a little over a month, I've been uploading one chapter of An Agent's Path every two weeks, and I've actually - for the most part - managed to stick to a steady schedule.
Now, I'm currently in the midst of writing the next chapter, which ironically is due today. However, something suddenly came to mind, and it's caused me to put a pause on things temporarily.

For those of you who read it, you'll know that the fanfic is listed as an "x female reader". However...it isn't really one, is it? The only thing the reader - you guys - have power over in the story is your name and your appearance. I've decided the quirk, the familial ties, the best friends name; pretty much everything.
Truthfully, the way I write the story and imagine scenes, etc, there is no "Y/N". There's only an OC. And her name is Anaya Davies. She's the girl I base everything off of. When I write down notes for the story, I use her name instead of Y/N and then correct it before publishing the chapter.

Part of me is considering changing the book to an "x female OC". Of course, this will put a bit of a delay on the next chapter. But primarily, I want outside opinions on the matter.

What do you guys think? Should I change it to an "x OC" fanfic or keep it as an "x reader"?

Is everything okay?

During their search, Lilli listened to Garmadon's story about his past with Chen and she felt really bad for him when Chen forced him to write his name on Wu's letter to his love Misako, then he tells them about the time he fought alongside his brother Wu in the Serpentine Wars with the other Elemental Masters (Every Elemental Master, except Lilli mother, I'll tell you later.), which made Lilli felt scared and concerned, but a little hopeful that the Serpentine Wars are over. Finally, Nya bumped into Lilli, who yelps in fright as she backs away beside Lloyd. When Nya hands Lloyd a page of a book, Lilli couldn't help but look over it as Garmadon reveals that this is a transformation spell and Lilli asked him in concern and worry, INSTEAD of Lloyd, then Garmadon answers her about Chen's full plan, which made Lilli silently feel shocked and horrified about Chen's plan and that the Serpentine Wars are not over.

            There you go.

During their journey, Lilli was very quiet and anxious in her thoughts, but worried that Chen and his army will ambush them as she tried not to show her face to Lloyd and his father, but a concerned Lloyd noticed when he asked her in concern, which made Lilli anxious and worried as she simply stated she is fine. A little convinced, Lloyd then ask why did she came to Chen's Island in the first place and she just simply stated just for showing everyone in Ninjago she's more than being just the Shy Ninja, but Lloyd could tell that she was hiding something as he comfort her that she doesn't have to tell the truth if she doesn't want to, which made Lilli surprised that the Green Ninja is actually honest, so she tells him about feeling so alone and doesn't have any friends (NOT her past!), then Lloyd knows how she felt when he was alone as a child and explained how he became part of the family with the Ninja, even about Lloyd being famous and being a good leader and that he has a lot of friends along with him to guide him, which made Lilli smile at his life story. Finally, Lloyd would always told her that being alone would leave you into pain and she just need to find the right path that would lead you to the light, which made Lilli smiled at his statement, saying that's what her biological father said to her when she was young.

Okay, here’s the next chapter I’m resending you: On Chen's blimp, silence and tension have filled the air around the last nine while Lilinoe just sat in the very corner away from everyone without looking at everyone or saying a word, despite the Ninja staring at her with sympathy and concern. Suddenly, when everyone saw no one was driving the blimp, Chen announced everyone on video cam to find the girl, who Kai revealed as Nya and, INSTEAD of Skylor, Lilli asked Kai that he knows her, which Kai will answer. As Chen announced the round to begin, everyone, except Garmadon, grabbed a parachute until they all fell off the blimp by Chen's trap door. While falling, Lilli had lost her parachute and Lloyd came to her rescue by telling her to grab onto him, which she hesitates when she did, and he conjured up an energy dragon with Lilinoe riding behind him. Lilli was surprised that he actually saved her and Lloyd told her that anything for a friend of Cole, which made her smile a little.

In the jungle, Lilli reluctantly decided to accompany Lloyd and his father on the search for Nya (Remember! DON'T let Lilinoe tell them about her betrayal and past!). When Lilli spotted Nya's footprints, Garmadon tells her that Nya is clever and wanted the Ninja to follow her Samurai symbol. Lloyd was about to conjured his energy dragon, but Lilli quickly stopped him by grabbing his hand and simply stated that it might bring more attention toward the competitors, which Garmadon agreed, then they went off to find Nya, without Lilli blowing her cover since Chen forced her to pretend to be friends with the Ninja.

@katrupp03 Hey. First off, I'd like to apologise. It's been nearly three weeks since New Years Eve and I still haven't posted the next chapter of Gone With The Mist like I promised I would. I wish I could say I have a reasonable explanation, but truthfully, I've just been heavily procrastinating writing. I've thought of doing something, and I'd like to know if you'd be okay with it.
So, I've currently wrote about 7-8 thousand words of the next chapter, but am far from finishing it. My question is, would you like me to finish writing a section of the chapter (it would be a few hundred words, maybe another thousand max, which shouldn't take too long) then post the chapter and make a part two to the chapter with the rest from the episode, or just complete it fully (which I'm not sure when I'll finish the chapter) and post it like normal?
I know this is a little sudden, but I didn't want to do anything without asking you first. If you'd rather I finish a section then post the chapter (50% into the episode?), or complete it and post it (100% of the episode). Please let me know what you'd prefer!

@katrupp03 Hi! So sorry! I've been a little busy, so I haven't been on social media much lately. That- and I took today to do whatever I want since it's my birthday. As for the next chapter of Gone With The Mist; I'm not gonna lie to you, it's been a struggle to write it. The first scene was actually fairly easy to write, but I'm having difficulties with writing the rest. I swear, I am working on it. I'm just making slow progress.

Hey, did you find your sister? How she doing?

DaBakugoSimp

@katrupp03 Oh no, it's got nothing to do with trying to work things out. Rather, my brain seems to forget basic words in the English language when I plan to use them in writing, despite English being my first and only language

You know I sometimes write while watching tv shows that would help me work it out in my head, maybe try that?

@katrupp03 Hey! Sorry! Yes, my sister's fine. The police found her and brought her home the same day she went missing, and everything's pretty much as normal as it can be in my household. Don't worry, I am still working on the chapter! My brain is just being a little nutty and refusing to work with me ;-;
