Does anyone know how to sleep... I've been having a lot of trouble lately... I need to go to bed... I have school but I can't sleep... I don't know what to do.

Switch the direction where your sleeping, put your head where your feet are and listen to some frequency music. I have insomnia and this makes me go out super quick

Everyone I'm not feeling very happy... I just found out that two of my friends have cancer one only has 4 years left and the other 2 so I may not be on that much... But I'll try to check up every now and then I hope all of you have an amazing life and live well! See you later.
