I temporarily unpublished my books due to... certain circumstances.
I never thought my real life friends would ever be able to find my Wattpad account, but they did.
And I was so not ready for it.
They confronted me if I was the one who truly wrote all those fanfictions and of course, I admitted it.
There's nothing to be ashamed or embarrassed about.
I love writing, and I love interacting with readers as well as fellow authors.
It just really caught me off guard, so as a reflex, I immediately changed my username, passwords, profile, and whatnot.
I even disconnected my linked accounts.
I don't hate my friends.
I love them of course.
They apologized, and I told them it was okay.
I was just really surprised, and no harm was done.
I... just think that 'Wattpad Life' and 'Real Life' should be separated, and they respect that of course.
