HERE WE GOOOOOOOOOO!
Every week I will post a contest. It will be posted on Sunday morning (at least morning for me) and closing the following Sunday morning (when I put the new one up). It will be judged at some point. These aren't your regular contests. From the second the contest is posted, you will have exactly one week (your time) to write up a ONE CHAPTER short story or essay answering the prompt. PM me if you want to be a judge. Judging for each contest will go on for as long as it needs to. I will create a list of judges. Every week, I will pick the top 3 people on the list. They will judge that week. Tell me if you want to be "recycled" as a judge. Every time I remove your name from the top, it will re-appear at the bottom. 
This is a trial. No idea if it'll work.
