          I’ll be updating Rough Patch tonight. I just have to add a few things so if I don’t finish in time for 7pm tonight, don’t worry I’ll still be posting.

So why aren’t y’all not voting and commenting? Okay mi gone back ghost.

I just wanted to come on here and have a real talk with you all because I’ve been a little quiet lately on wattpad and my bookstagram, and I owe y’all an explanation.
          
          Truth is, I’m going through a bit of a writing burnout. You know how sometimes the words just don’t want to come, no matter how badly you want them to? Or even when you come up with an idea, you just can’t bother to write?
          
          Yeah, that’s where I’m at with Rough Patch right now. I’ve not been active on writing it, and honestly, it’s been tough to keep the momentum going.
          
          I know I originally planned to finish it with 80-100 chapters, but I need to be honest with you guys, there’s no way I’m going to hit that number. I’m not giving up, though. I’m going to crawl, crawl, and crawl my way to the finish line, even if it takes longer than I thought. Quality over quantity, right?
          
          That said, I’m also going to take a little break from Wattpad after I’m finished with Rough Patch. It’s not goodbye forever, just some time to recharge, refocus, and come back fresh.
          
          Thank you all for the love, the patience, and the support. It means everything to me, truly. I’ll keep you updated as best as I can, and when I’m back, I hope you’ll still be here waiting.

P.S. I took down chapter 20 because it lowkey sounded forced so Im currently change it.
