Honestly, the best advice I could give is to just keep practising and read a lot, it really extends your vocabulary, and honestly the more practise you have the better you're going to get. I've been writing whole books since I was eleven and short stories before that and that helped me improve greatly to where I am today. I know you've probably heard that bit if advice a dozen times, but it's the best I can give. Also, having a good idea of exactly what's going to happen in your book before you start is key, too, it's obvious when you're making it up as you're going along. I hope this helped :)
