There are a lot of factors that could go in to this like did you stab everyone and then only two lives or did you spare the two, were you one of the ten or did you just walk in, did you carry out the body’s or did you just leave them. This is like a water downed version of the trolly question. But anyways my answer is 3 living people are in the room and 8 dead people are in there

@ WaifuMaterial65 both of them need lasik eye surgery but if i had to pick hmmmm, Adrien. Because atleast Dora finds the things she looks for (after like an eternity) but even if Marrinette flat out transformed infront of Adrien he would probs be like "oh hey ladybug! Where did Marrinette go?". So yes, final opinion is Adrien Agreste, hope that helped :D
