            I really appreciate your trust and understanding about where I'm taking things. I want to assure you that Quanxi will absolutely stay canonically lesbian in Heavenly. That's core to who she is, and I have no intention of changing that. Respecting the essence of these characters, especially something as fundamental as Quanxi's identity, is really important to me.

@DaemonXII I’m a new reader of yours, just found your fic last week and just sped through it because it was so well written. Like I genuinely fell asleep reading it then once I woke up I’d continue right where I left off. All that to say that I think you have what it takes to believably pull it off. Like you said this is fan fiction, as long as you’re not disrespectful about Quanxi canonically being a lesbian it’s fine with me personally. Though I do hope she stays queer in Heavenly.

@DaemonXII tbh if you cook this much with csm fic, a jjk fic literally can't go wrong. If you're willing to write some games fic or stuff, I'd definitely recommend elden ring cause of the amount of absolutely perfect lore it has. But at the end just make the one you enjoy writing the most ❤️

@Piplup0716 I did, and I absolutely loved it! The cinematography, the soundtrack, the action scenes and the dialogue, everything about it was amazing! And I can't wait for season 2 of Chainsaw Man!!!

@DaemonXII so my theory for shitara is that either the village will get massacred entirely, and considering the relations he built their with aiko and that granddaughter, he'll get traumatised. Though I really hope not

@RedMousez Interesting, I love seeing you're own version of events and comparing them to my own. It's definitely gonna be PEAK, I already got it all planned out, but I will say this... when Kenji is eventually able to leave Shitara, nothing will ever be the same aftet that...

I’m guessing you’ll traumatize him again before leaving (sources are the replies to my comment btw) so when he gets out maybe he’ll try to be more protective towards someone like Asa maybe? Plus I’m guessing he’ll get mad or sum when yoru gets her body. Or maybe kenji will get more unhinged or sum. I mean he saw his teacher get shot like 50 times.  what I do know is that it’s gonna be PEAK

@DaemonXII dang I see. But I mean you could maybe keep what you have right now, if the change won't have any drastic changes to the story. Kinda like an au maybe? But the story itself is an au, so I guess? I have no idea in story writing btw, do what you think is write. 

@RedMousez Asa was first introduced in the manga like 3 or 4 years ago, it's been so long that I was under the assumption that we would never see Asa's dad, and we had no information on what Asa's mother was like in terms of personality or traits, all we got was Asa's mother going back to save Asa who fell while running from the typhoon devil, a selfless act to save her daughter, so I made up her personality and I made her kind and caring towards Asa, but that new manga chapter painted a whole diffrent picture, she's either bad or good, she cared enough to kill Asa's dad so they can get that insurance money and send Asa to school, but I'm just conflicted on her character. And the other thing, I had an entire future segment about Asa's dad (a spoil or not, idk I won't use it anymore) if Asa's dad hadn't been introduced to the story I would've continued on with my own version, this is what my version would've looked like. "Asa's mother told her that her father was killed by a devil before she was born, but she lied, Asa's mother used to engage in prostitution just to survive, and eventually she meets Asa's father, one thing leads to another and eventually baby Asa is born. Asa would've grown up her entire life believing her father was killed by a devil before she was born, spared from the harsh truth that she was conceived because of money. And eventually years and years later, when Asa was older and she had kids of her own she'd reunite with her father, but it wouldn't be a happy reunion." I had it all planned out, but just like always Fujimoto has to do something crazy...

@DaemonXII asa's mom is bad  but she crazy in the manga. Whay she did to her husband for asa...

@DaemonXII Oh, i don't hate Makima at all. Actually i love her character and the themes Fujimoto wrote her to represent, i just think that compared to the other women in Chainsaw Man, she overshadows them by a large margin in FanFics. But i agree, i think behind Denji, Aki and Asa, she's the best written character in the series. And tbh,  i'm glad Kishibe didn't get with Quanxi, since it's implied she SA'd one of her fiends and made her so uncomfortable to the point it had to call Kishibe.
            
            Makima's view of equality and partnership is unfortunately twisted since she's so massively narcissistic. Even with Pochita, she wanted to be equals with him, but first wanted to gain control of him. I believe it's impossible for Makima to have ever felt like she was equals with someone, as she would constantly check them, spy on them, gaslight them and overall be a very toxic partner. Even with Nayuta, i sometimes felt that she was controlling Denjis life before she got killed off.

@ezioenthusiast I appreciate you're words, and yeah. I understand completely why a majority of the community hates Makima, I'm one of the very few that actually likes Makima as a whole, and I'm not saying that because I'm in love with her or anything, but I genuinely feel bad for what she represents, she's the control devil, a devil that always has to remain in control and think's itself higher above others, but she keeps a part hidden about her, a part where she craves for an equal and a family, all she wants is someone to hold her in their arms and for them to care for her, but she can't do that when her very nature is telling her to always remain in control. As for Kishibe I always loved his character, even though we didn't get much from him Fujimoto gave us enough to paint a rough picture of his life, this man has clearly been put through so much, living half his life in a profession where you're colleagues and friends dying is a norm. And I found his relationship with Quanxi very sad, and I do believe that he loved her as she was, and that he didn't love her just because she was beautiful or he just wanted to sleep with her, in the canon of Chainsaw Man she stayed with him for nine years during their partnership at Public Safety, so obviously she tolerated him enough to stick around, some people say that they had zero chemistry even when being partners, but I disagree, Kishibe ALWAYS tried and hit on her, but she'd always turn him down, but he persisted, and it got to the point where Quanxi had to reveal her sexuality. But even then the man still cared and loved her, maybe not in a romantic way anymore but loved her as a friend, so that's why I threw Kenji into his life, let Kenji distract him from all the craziness around him, Kishibe always deserved better.
            
            P.S I loved Ardent Hope too.

@DaemonXII It's so frustrating how most good fanfics have Makima as a love interest, or are completely and totally out of character with corny dialogue. That one Power fanfic is really good, shame the author put the sequel on hiatus, Ardent Hope, i think. Your fic is awesome too, especially cause the love interest isn't really common in fics. Also, i like how you expanded on Kishibe'c character so much.
