@Dakota_The_Hellboy Hey, I’m really sorry you’re feeling this way right now. I get how you feel too cause having a lot of work can be really overwhelming at times, but your well-being is more important than any assignment so try to tackle things one step at a time. Maybe you could try reaching out to a trusted teacher or councilor for support, or even your parents? Oftentimes we feel alone in our struggles because we don’t think others would be willing to help us, but we’ll never really know unless we try. As for the workload, try prioritizing assignments that are the most urgent right now so things can feel more manageable. Maybe try using a planner also to better manage your time. Theres this thing called the Pomodoro technique which is when you set your timer and study in 20-25 minute intervals and then take a 5-10 minute breaks in between. (It’s ADHD friendly, just remember to always set the timer so you don’t forget to get back to your studies after your break.) Also try asking your teachers for extensions or additional support with your assignments. You never know. Don’t forget to take care of yourself also. Stress can be worse when our basic needs aren’t met, so make sure to rest, hydrate and feed your brain good nutrients during this time. I hope you feel better soon. -Maria

hey yall i finnaly got my motivation to start to write again its been a while maybe 3 years since I've wrote cause I lost a friend 3 years ago who I used to write with and she sadly took her own life and I lost all motivation to write but now I'm a bit older I've realized she would have wanted to me to continue writing.
