Hello. I've been working on something over the past month and I'm finally ready to talk about it.
          
          When I started Double Helix Entendre, I was working a job that had me doing unpaid overtime basically every day. I was writing on no brainpower and took a lot of shortcuts. The plot was there, but everything else weren't where I wanted them to be.
          
          When I went on hiatus and came back to V1 with fresh eyes, I couldn't unsee the problems.
          
          So I've been rewriting (I'm sorry to my fellow lions). Same story, but better. I'm unemployed now, which sounds bad but honestly means I have the time and the brainpower to write this the way it deserves.
          
          Rewrite drops today—Prologue through Chapter 5. The original stays up until the V1 rewrite is finished, so if you're caught up and want new content, you'll still get it—just at a slower pace. Most of my energy is going into the rewrite.

Hello, I’m back to writing. I finally found my motivation again, but when I reread Volume 1 of Double Helix Entendre, I realized the pacing felt far too rushed. I was so focused on keeping everything concise and lean that the story didn’t have enough room to breathe or feel truly alive.
          
          Because of that, I’ll be taking a slower, more deliberate approach with Volume 2. I’m experimenting again and, hopefully, striking a better balance this time around. Please look forward to Volume 2, Chapter 1, coming this weekend.
