Let's put it this way: sometime life sucks. Sometimes you wish you were someone else, somewhere else doing something else completely different. As far as I'm concerned, that's what writing can be for.

Sometimes you drop thousands of words, sometimes you are stuck for a couple of days. But at the end of the week you always manage to get by with some stuff to work on. Writing is an escape weekend, not a business trip!
