I have M.S. I have not actually worked on anything in nearly a decade. What I have written so far, was mostly back when I could only work on 'word pad'. My spelling is poor, at best. Typing only makes it worse. My fingers move faster than my eyes do. And I have a very bad habit of accidently hitting 'enter' while typing and ruining what I had been working on. I also have a horrid problem with starting something, only to look it over after a few weeks to a month later, becoming disappointed with what I had wrote, and completely abandoning what it was to start anew.

I see my books in my mind as full length motion pictures. Which only make them harder to write. If I re-read it after a while, and can not see what I had seen in my mind, I 'trash' it to restart. I have been working over a decade on these books. In a few more years, it will be 2 decades. My father has me beat. He had been working on his books for 40+ years. I hope to have more than just a chapter rough draft done by then. Even if it is just 2.
