ughh i so love the emotions that the story "How we unravel" made me feel  grabe ang linyahan and it made me understand some issues in depth.
          
          In my POV, these are the lessons emphasized in the story:
          *Mental Health is IMPORTANT. 
          *A NO is a NO. Never invalidate it. Consent MATTERS. Quit victim-blaming, it only upholds injustice. Rapists must be JAILED.
          *Stop the stigma about HIV-AIDS. ppl with HIV-AIDS are also trying to live a normal life and they deserve it. 
          *Depression is NOT a joke. Try reaching out to your friends or fam members if you got some time. Please lend an ear to those going thru a hard time. Quit abusing ppl. Stop tolerating abusers.
