I've always loved reading. It is literally my favorite past time. I'm a big fan of fantasy/supernatural/romance genres. Historical Romance is another genre I love. I didn't start writing for fun until I was about thirteen and that was mainly poetry. It wasn't until I was about sixteen that writing stories became more of an interest. I came to see that creative writing is something I really love. I'm certainly not at a professional level, but I believe that I have really great story ideas that people can relate to, even if it happens to have vampires or werewolves involved.
