From what I’ve read so far, you are an extremely talented writer and I can visibly see the amount of effort that you put into what you write and Finger in particular made me borderline envious of your high quality writing!
Aw, thanks. Conditional love is perhaps one of the most damaging existences on the face of this earth. I’ve read large portions of the 5 Love Languages and day by day, I aim to become a more gentle and loving person who expresses love to people in the way that they need to receive it. Sometimes you should treat people how they want to be treated, not necessarily how you’d want to be treated yourself, at least in terms of expressing love — your primarily love language isn’t necessarily what others desire when having affection communicated to them.
