Today is a tough day for those in the US. I fear for the members of the gay community, of the African American community, of the Islamic community and especially for my fellow latinos.
I honestly don't know what to expect from this new president but I am scared of what he might do. Not only in the US but also in my tiny island, Puerto Rico. Right now all we can do is hope that he'll be a good president and not the one that we've seen throughout his campaign.

If you're a member of any of these communities, please be safe but also speak out if you have the opportunity to do so. If you know someone who is part of these communities and you have the opportunity to help them, please do so. Remember, they're the minorities but that doesn't mean that you can't help them.
