I am 215/400ish pages into writing Alfireán Age Book V while at the same time I am almost halfway done with editing Alfireán Age Book IV: Origins.
I hope to start posting the edited version of Alfireán Age Book IV: Origins here soon, but no guarantees as my editor says what we have edited still needs a second look over.
As for my children's book, I was using just Maya to model, place, and render everything, however, to make it look right I have also decided to use Unreal Engine 5. This means that I have to learn UE5 to do so but I believe the quality of the book will go up as well as one day be an interactive kids game/book as well.

First ruff draft of Alfireán Age Book IV: Origins is done

Also, I have posted the first six pages of my children's book art and all. I would very much like to know your thoughts on them because I am doing the art myself and any crits can really help me to improve!

My entire family and I just went through covid. Nasty stuff but we are all starting to feel better now even though none of us can smell or taste anything lol.
That said I am still working on the first rough draft of my children's book and hope to have it posted here in about a week.
There will be no art yet just a lyrical rough draft that I hope you all will enjoy and maybe critique.
@DanielLeonHeart Oh waw that sucks. Well good luck to you though i do agree with aloe. Keep getting better.
That sucks, on the other hand now would be a great time to eat a bunch of healthy food you don’t like haha. Good luck on the book you got this!

I have a daughter who was born several months ago now.
So my life has been a bit turned on its head.
However, I have still been writing when I can and I am about two weeks away from finishing a book called
"LOST IN SPACE WITH YOUR BROTHER - Book 1: Murphy's Law"

After I finish writing it (I have about 88k words out of probably 93k written)
I will be working on a children's book with my wife and sister.
I may post some of that here for critiques and once I am done with that I
plan on working on the next book in Alfirean age.

Now with all that said it is time for me to think about what I am going to do next. I was going to work on Taking Space next however my editor wants me to go straight into the next book in Alfirean age.
Also, my wife is going to give birth any day now so no matter what I do things are going to be a bit topsy turvy.
I will still try to write a book a year like I have been doing but I am not sure how much having a baby will affect that.

@Jeremiahhagan34 I finished the "The Fallen One" and I am giving one more edit ATM. :) My editor wants me to begin the next book in the series as soon as I am done. Once I am done with this last edit I will put it up for sell then see if I am going to edit TS or go right into writeing a new book.
