@DanielleTheDragon it's losing its appeal. Elena will probably take a cure and become a human, but she probably dies. 
          	  
          	  Or she's compelled to forget about vampires and she moved on with Liam or someone else who's human and gets married, eventually drying of old age. OMG I should write for Julie Plec!
