My name is Danielle Asbury and I'm a fictional writer. I read & write romances, teen flicks, paranormal, fantasy, historical & modern stories and expressive poetry. 
I adore romances, especially the forbidden kind!

I used to run my local Writers Club; to meet like-minded people and share our creative imaginations is amazing.  Throughout this experience I have realised the art of writing benefits many of those who deals with depression and severe anxiety.  To witness their transformation over time and building their confidence; words cannot explain!

One of my main goals is to provide inspiration to others; those who were/are in Special Needs, and think they will never be good enough to write successfully. I was once in Special Needs; I couldn't understand, speak or even write properly. I struggled to pronounce words and I had to learn Sign Language to aid with my communications. 

I once doubted myself, assumed I could never be good enough. 

You don't need to go to University to study 'Creative writing' to be a fruitful author. In fact, you don't need to publish books and sign autographs to be a proficient author.  
As long as you allow your mind to drift into a diverse world and express it to others through words, you're a professional.  As long as you believe within yourself, that's all that matters.

I have no interest becoming an author to be famous etc. I just like to tell my characters' story and share it with others.  I do hope however to inspire others and show them that anything is possible, no matter what background you come from. 

My writing may have errors and faults, but as we all know; we continue to learn and improve throughout our lives. Authors are known to be quite harsh upon themselves and never be 100% satisfied with their work. I'm no exception!
