So... LIFE HAPPENED. Rose has been on a hiatus because I graduated high school and the embodiment of anxiety came up to me and backhanded me across the place. In other words, Rose will be finished this year, but I will not give you a specific day. 
          	
          	In the meantime, there are two smaller projects I'm gonna be working on to practice and sharpen my skills. 
          	
          	One is a Stranger Things fanfic. 
          	
          	The other is a short fantasy about an elf and a wolf. 
          	
          	The Stranger Things fanfic will be out sooner than you think because I'm a total dork and I've been thinking about what I could do with a ST-related story for months. It could end up an alternate universe thing, it could be a glimpse into the main characters and hypothetically canon scenarios  that could've happened, heck It could end up being its own original thing. I don't know. Stay tuned lol.
          	
          	Two bigger projects, bigger than Rose, are being slowly created, but they won't be fully focused on until Rose is actually finished.

REINTRODUCING.... Rose!
          
          For those who checked the story out a while ago, you may find yourself asking what the heck is going on? Well, it's a bit of a beefy story.
          
          During the production of Rose, I became very unsatisfied with the story. It felt like I was biting off more than I could chew, struggling to juggle sci-fi elements with serious drama and romance.
          
          So, for the newest version of the story, I scrapped the sci-fi idea altogether, making the story just a humble fiction book!
          
          If you still want Sci-Fi from me, don't be upset! There's something else being developed at the moment that should be out later down the line that you'd probably love. It's gonna be ambitious, for me anyway, but it uses the unused ideas I had for Rose in a much better context.
          
          Starting this Saturday, I will relaunch Rose and begin posting TWO CHAPTERS each Saturday so not only can it catch up to where it left off last time, but you'd be able to read the true version of the story unaffected with elements that shouldn't have been there in the first place lol. Stay tuned!

Gigantic Announcement: Rose will be undergoing a massive change beginning today. The entire story will be drafted for now and will be back up as soon as the entire story is fully written and completed! It shouldn't take long, as everything is almost done already, but just so you know...
          
          The sci-fi fantasy elements will be erased from the plot and the story will now be more realistic, not having to worry about how to fit in fantasy stuff into a book that doesn't need it!

So many things have happened, but all I can say is that Rose, a story about someone who used to be a toaster transforming into a fully human girl,  being happy about her mother/creator helping her transform into the best version of herself, and living in a place that wants her and anyone that doesn't fit in with societal norms DEAD, comes back sometime next week!

MEGA IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT!!!
          
          Well, everyone, we've officially hit the halfway mark with Rose! Thank you all so much for sticking with this story and giving me the feedback and criticism it needs to push it into near-perfect status! 
          
          For those who are eager for next week's chapter, you might wanna hold on a bit. I will be taking a bit of a hiatus to tweak a couple of things and work on the final chapters, and since spring break for me is very soon, I'm going to use that free time to polish everything as much as I can. 
          
          The next chapter will be released in 2-3 weeks max. I'll still post an update here or there, but don't expect any new chapters until after a few days of April pass by.
