I'm a lover of the horror genre, so make no mistake, I take influence from Stephen King and James Herbert. I know I have a long way to go before I reach anywhere near their standards, but I'm here on Wattpad to improve my writing and also build a following as I go.

Constructive feedback is expected. I have thick skin for the mean comments too. I'm serious when I say I want to improve my writing.  I will be posting mostly short stories. That's what I've been working on so far this year. And would appreciate any feedback you throw my way :D. 

So who am I? 

I'm Daniel, 
I'm in my thirties (Well, until 2027 anyway). 
My favorite books are "Revival" by Stephen King, and "The Martian Chronicles" By Ray Bradbury (the master of the short story).  
I don't have kids, but I balance a full-time job, a girlfriend and our pet Cockapoo with my writing hobby.

It's hard for me to label the genre of my short stories, I aim for horror, but sometimes they turn into their own thing. 

At the moment there's only one short story on here "Don't Get Fired" Which is about an officer on a passenger train who gets a serious case of deja vu while carrying out his duties.  It falls somewhere between horror and thriller. I hope you enjoy it, and I look forward to your feedback.
