After some self-reflecting and encouragement from a good friend of mine, I decided to start over; I'll still write MCYT but the books on this account and group one will be deleted on September 2nd EST and new ones will publish here and on AO3. Oneshots that I'm really fond of might get rewritten and be published in the future.

My friend Ghosty talked about this and now I also feel the urge to,
          
          DNF - why?
          
          Genuinely, why? This ship is literally so basic and has nothing interesting that would make it worth shipping and that brings me to believe that the majority of people who ship this are not mlm or nblm that are fetishizing this.
          
          And I understand there are people who get comfort over this ship but like, to go on a TikTok that's under the "Dreamnap" hash tag and see the creator called racial, homophobic slurs and be body shamed for the simple fact that they ship different people who are also comfortable being shipped together makes me feel a different kind of disgust.
          
          Imagine trying to enjoy a Jackbox stream and as soon as you know that Dream and George will be there, you suddenly see chat spam "DNF" and shit like that, or when one of them is and the other isn't and the streamer gets bombarded with donos to get the other one to play as well. 
          
          While I know not everyone is like that and I know that there are great books centered around DNF (actually read some) that will never not make me hate the ship.
          
          I could go on all day about why I hate it and why I only write it to add diversity and new perspectives to my books but I can sum it up in one word: Why?

          FYI, Because of a storm my internet was out all day and seeing as the storm is still going, I don't know how shit is gonna end up but I managed to somehow upload it. :)
