I have a question for my Yu-Gi-Oh readers: Do you like Reiji Akaba as Yuya's rival or do you think someone else in Arc-V deserves that title?
I personally think that Sawatari would have been perfect as Yuya's rival as he is a good counter to Yuya as a person with a streak of arrogance. Plus Sawatari embodies what it means to be an entertainer, both as a Duelist and as a character.
That's just my opinion though and I'd love to hear what you think about this matter. See you guys soon! :D

@DarkGravity__ I do agree with you on Sawatari being Yuya's rival instead of Reiji/Declan, but I also think Yuzu could've been Yuya's rival do to the Zarc arc where Zarc and Ray dueled against each other around the end of the series. It would have also been an Easter egg to do to the fact that both Zarc and Ray actually knew each other. Like Yuya and Yuzu knew each other for a long time. It would've also been interesting, too, since she could've probably tried to prevent the four Yuya counterparts from merging into Zarc and for her to merge with her counterparts to stop Zarc.

@DarkGravity__ Honestly every yugioh rivalry is between a Duelist with 2500 Atk point ace vs a Duelist with 3000 Atk point ace. Also Zane was hardly rival since Season 2 onwards he was already a pro duelist. As for Sawatari I don't think he even won any major duel at all. Even Chazz beat Alexis, Bastion and Aster at least once.

Once I finish my Hero book, I'm kinda tempted to go back to some chapters and "fix" them. There is so many typos, so many bad or weak dialogue, and I wasn't nearly as good in describing the scenes as I am today.
So hopefully I can fix all of that at some point. :)

So it turns out that Yu-Gi-Oh Omega doesn't follow the banlist of Master Duel meaning that you could use 3 copies of ANY card you want. If this doesn't convince anyone to try Yu-Gi-Oh Omega, I don't know what will. :D

So, I just found this game called Yu-Gi-Oh Omega by complete and total accident. Intrigued, I decided to download it to see what is was about. When I went to the deck manager, I managed to build a gladiator beasts deck in seconds!
I didn't need gems, I didn't need crafting points, I didn't need to buy packs, I didn't need ANY of that nonsense! All I had to do was just type the cards that I wanted and that's it!
While I couldn't play much of the game yet, the sole fact that I can create any deck I want for free was infinitely better than the brutal Master Duel.

I just uninstalled Master Duel because I am so done with it. This game is unplayable and a home for toxicity which is why I deleted it to save any love I have left for Yu-Gi-Oh.

You know, I seriously wish if Master Duel would count casual mode for dailies because it's not really fair that casual players like me be forced to duel against the meta just because they want to do their dailies.
It feels like Master Duel only cares for people who want to play the game COMPETITIVELY and not people who want to play it CASUALLY.
Like, yesterday I decided that I will stay away from Ranked as I don't want to quit the game or feel upset while playing it just because the meta players are literal beasts.

@ TheRichtofen115 If you like Arc-V then I would say go for it but if you have a different Yu-Gi-Oh show that you like, I say try that other show before Arc-V since writing for this show is very difficult. Especially around the Synchro Arc.

@DarkGravity__ I never really played Master Duel for a long period of time so I wouldn't know...also...ya think I should dip my toes into Yugioh Fanfic writing...cause I still like your Hero story I was thinking of using a Fossil Neptune for my Idea but god forbid if I have to start from the beginning of Arc V I stopped midway through the synchro Arc...last I recall Reiji looped Roget into screwing himself over god I would've LOVED to see Crowler put that snake in his place

@ Elfin_Fan Same, and Master Duel has NO focus on the single player part of the game. They only care about rank, money, and that stupid meta.

@ KingSharkPirate As of right now, I use Trickstars and I'm currently building a Utopia, HERO, and an Abyss Actors decks. Hope this answers your question. :)
