I built a little free tool to stop forgetting my own story — want to try it and tell me what breaks?

          	Body:

Three arcs into my fantasy novel I couldn't remember which city had the blue market, whether my protagonist was still afraid of water, or when the shipment was actually due. My notes were scattered across files, a couple of chats, and some half-remembered margins — and my reader could tell.

So I built a small thing I'm calling CanonVault — a free browser app where you keep your story's canon in one searchable place: Characters, Locations, Plot Threads, and Timeline Events. You add a detail in seconds, and when something slips mid-scene you search one box and find it. No accounts, no sign-up, and everything stays on your own device (it saves in your browser).

It's early — a working MVP, not a polished product — which is exactly why I'm posting. I'd genuinely love a few writers to add their own real story to it and tell me what feels good and what frustrates you. It's totally free, and there's no obligation.

          	Try it: https://456fe52a27dbacbea4960318dc71261f.ctonew.app/

If you do, here's what I'd love feedback on (paste back whatever you like, or just reply in your own words):

What's one thing you've actually forgotten in your own story, and did you find it again in here?
Did adding entries feel fast, or tedious?
Which category matters most to you — and what's missing?
Would you actually use this weekly? What would make it a habit?
What — if anything — would make you pay for it?
If it's not for you, no worries at all — genuinely just curious to learn. Happy to answer questions about how it works, too.

Hey, you dazzling legend! ✨
I have no idea if you’re accepting reading requests right now—or just trying to survive your TBR list without crying—but I’m gonna shoot my shot anyway.

Would absolutely love it if you gave my story a chance. Who knows? You might laugh, cry, fall in love, or dramatically fling your device across the room (which I fully support).

If you enjoy the ride, don’t be shy—vote, comment, rant, review, scream into the comments section—whatever your soul desires. I’m here for all the drama.

Thank you for your time, and sorry for barging in like an uninvited plot twist.
          Here’s the chaos ⤵️
