YALLLLL. I just wrote an entire chapter and then accidentally DELETED IT. I am so fucking mad right now.  Is there a way to recover it?

I've been a struggling writer for some time now. I've started so many books but just couldn't get into them. Self-doubt in my talent was one major factor in my struggle to successfully completing my first novel. I've been dedicated to this new book I've been writing for a year now.
