          I have published some new work, I’m dabbling in poetry so go and give it a look if that’s something you’re interested in. 
          
          So nervous and excited at the same time. I’m new to poetry, and I think my work is good, but its absolutely nerve wracking to hit the publish button... ekkkk.

Hard truth time guys.
          
          I lack the discipline to write. I have the imagination, the inspiration and the means, but I’m forever putting it off. Or doing other things first. 
          
          I managed to get a few hours of writing and research done last night. I’m really trying to push my boundaries now and force myself to write. It might not be amazing, but at least I’ll have something to look over and redo write later you know. 
          
          I just have to get in the right head space.
          
          How do you do it?
          
          What’s your inspiration?
          
          How do you commit to sitting down and writing?

I’m house sitting this week. 
          
          That means one thing. Writing!!!
          
          At least I’m hoping it means I get to write some more. It’s a bit harder at home where I have so many distractions. Legit every time I open my laptop my mum calls for me with a list of things to do a mile long. 
          
          I’m also working on some short stories, and I’m going out of my comfort zone to try and get in the zone for me to work on finishing my books. 
          
          So fingers crossed this week helps me get my shit together!!
