Ever since 7th grade I've had this unmistakable urge to tell stories. I used to fill notebooks with words upon words, describing in keen detail every aspect of my characters I could possibly come up with. Guaranteed, I was an adolescent teenage girl with a wild imagination, so you can assume those characters were sort of all over the place. I can't say things have nesseccarily changed, but they have improved- which my first step on self-love is recognizing the change within myself and my writing for the better. I love and will always love the things I've written in the past, but I will also promise those special stories one thing- If I have the ability, with my creativity and my fear by my side, I will make you better. Take every great thing about you and make something even greater. Whether a few months or a lifetime (hopefully not a lifetime, but I'm giving myself some legroom) people will reread you and you will shine just a gloriously as you had the first time around.

Well, folks, it been a while but whoever is out there, still reading- I implore you to please listen. I have set a goal for myself:
1. Finish rewriting Invisibly Masked and have it published.
It's coming along slowly, to my very dismay, but my characters will be fuller. They'll have better storylines, and the plot won't be all over the place. I've come to the conclusion that the only thing holding me back is me. I've learned that telling myself I'll do it eventually gives me an excuse not to do it today- and I'm becoming impatient. I have the story, I just have to write it down.
