The only girl who could have understood what i was feeling, my moral indignation, was dead. I am a coward. All the evidence was right in front of me when she died, but I refused to do anything about it because I was scared. Our lives have no more value than that of a fly you swat without thinking. She wants a companion in her existence. One companion, all hers, forever. And even though it's terrifying, you feel free. Your mind is made up. But I don't think I can cry anymore. There are no more tears left...
