          How much milk is there?
          
          4 ounces?
          5ounces ?
          Who knows but there is milk. 
          
          Now hold this glass in your hand with arm straight ‍♂️
          
          For how much time can you hold it ? 
          10 minutes?
          1 hours ?
          10 hours ?
          1 day? 
          
          It will be hard to hold onto it for too long . You are hurting yourself so eventually you will fall down and the glass will break.  That's what stress is. Stress , sadness , problems is like the milk in this scenario and the arm is your mind.  If you will keep them to yourself you will end up breaking yourself . Be happy I know you can't but try. 
          The real loser is who doesn't even try. If you lose that doesn't make you a loser.  Try atleast.
