Can anyone point me in the direction of an illustrator/designer who specializes in manga/anime style and can better create my book cover for me?

It has recently been brought to my attention that my chapter lengths are far above average, so in an attempt to improve readability with the opportunity for ideal stopping-points, I am dividing my chapters into smaller portions. Thank you to everyone who has checked out my novel, and I apologize if the new chapter layouts cause any confusion to those who are currently reading.
