I'm an experienced consultant and trainer in the employment relations area. He has vast experience advising and assisting employers on a wide range of issues that can arise in the employment relationship, my areas of expertise cover a wide range of employment relations and employment law areas. He provides assistance with disciplinary and performance management processes, collective and individual negotiations, restructuring, workplace investigations and general advice on a range of employment related matters, Also including personal grievances and disputes at mediation and the Employment Relations Authority level. I have experience conducting workplace investigations into issues such as bullying and harassment complaints' am also an experienced trainer having presented a number of different seminars, courses and at conferences. My approach is to try and find a workable and practical solution to a problem, and one that will cause the least amount of grief to all involved. As an employee Relations Specialists I monitor aspects of employee performance and well-being, such as investigating and coordinating disciplinary actions, claims of discrimination or harassment, and even labor disputes.
