Guys I'm passing through a lot of stuff these days and are bad stuff and I just want to know how to be more happy cause ik being sad would not help me with everything that it's going on in my life, I've tried getting distracted, eating, sleeping and other stuff but doesn't work cause I'm happy during the day but whenever I am alone at my room I start crying again...and i really don't know what to do anymore
