I read through parts of your story and took several notes. I want to start by saying that your writing has improved so much in your latest chapters since your first few, so that’s great progress already!

Lastly, I know you mentioned giving up on the story cause it’s not getting traction. I just want to say that if this is something you care about then you should keep going. Writing is an art and art is all about self expression. You should write for your own enjoyment above anything else.
Honestly, I started writing my story fully expecting to be the only person who’d ever read it. That being said, I was just glad to make it exist, and was fully satisfied writing for myself. This is your story, your art, no one else’s. I fully understand feeling discouraged or wanting to quit (I truly hope that you don’t feel that way), but if this is something you love and have passion for, then you should absolutely keep going!
